Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Building Maintenance Worker to join our team in Al Ain within the Energy industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing general maintenance and repair work on buildings and equipment to ensure they are in good working condition.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting routine inspections of buildings and equipment to identify any issues or areas in need of maintenance.
- Performing repairs on plumbing, electrical systems, HVAC systems, and other building systems as needed.
- Painting, patching, and performing other cosmetic repairs to maintain the appearance of buildings.
- Handling basic carpentry work, such as repairing doors, windows, and furniture.
- Maintaining inventory of supplies and equipment needed for maintenance work.
- Responding to maintenance requests from employees and tenants in a timely manner.
- Following all safety protocols and regulations while performing maintenance work.

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Building Maintenance Worker or similar role.
- Knowledge of general maintenance procedures and techniques.
- Basic understanding of plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Physical stamina and strength to perform manual labor as needed.
