We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Systems Manager to join our dynamic team in the Education sector in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing business systems and processes, and possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee the implementation and maintenance of all business systems within the organization
- Collaborate with various departments to identify and address business system needs and requirements
- Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency and effectiveness of business systems
- Ensure all business systems are running smoothly and provide technical support when necessary
- Conduct regular audits and assessments of business systems to identify areas for improvement
- Manage a team of business systems analysts and provide guidance and support as needed
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in business systems management
- Collaborate with IT department to ensure seamless integration of business systems
- Develop and maintain documentation and training materials for business systems users

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field
- [X] years of experience in business systems management
- Strong understanding of business processes and systems
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven leadership abilities
- Experience in the Education sector is a plus
