We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cafeteria Manager to join our team in an educational setting in Dubai. The Cafeteria Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the cafeteria, managing a team of kitchen staff, ensuring high-quality food service, and maintaining a clean and organized dining area.

Responsibilities:
- Plan and coordinate daily menu offerings, taking into account dietary restrictions and preferences
- Manage inventory and food ordering to ensure freshness and minimize waste
- Supervise kitchen staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations
- Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations
- Monitor food quality and presentation, addressing any issues promptly
- Develop and implement cost-saving measures to improve efficiency and profitability
- Collaborate with school administration to plan special events and catered functions
- Maintain a positive and professional relationship with students, staff, and parents
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and effective manner

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field
