We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cafeteria Manager to oversee and manage the daily operations of our cafeteria based in a manufacturing setting in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food service, excellent leadership skills, and a strong background in managing cafeteria operations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and organize daily cafeteria operations, including menu planning, food preparation, and service delivery
- Supervise and train cafeteria staff to ensure high-quality service and adherence to food safety standards
- Manage inventory and food supplies, placing orders as needed to maintain optimal stock levels
- Monitor and analyze cafeteria performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions
- Develop and implement cost-effective strategies to maximize profitability while maintaining high food quality standards
- Collaborate with the HR department to recruit, hire, and onboard new cafeteria staff as needed
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a clean and sanitary cafeteria environment
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers, addressing any feedback or concerns in a timely and professional manner

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Food Service Management, or related field
