We are currently seeking a passionate and experienced Call Center Trainer to join our dynamic team in Dubai. The Call Center Trainer will be responsible for designing and delivering training programs to new and existing call center staff in the healthcare industry.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement training programs for call center staff, including new hire training, ongoing skills development, and refresher courses.
- Deliver engaging and interactive training sessions to ensure that call center staff are equipped with the necessary knowledge and skills to handle customer inquiries effectively.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of call center staff through call monitoring, quality assessments, and performance reviews.
- Provide constructive feedback and coaching to call center staff to help them improve their performance and achieve their targets.
- Keep up to date with industry trends and best practices in call center training to continuously improve training programs.
- Collaborate with the call center management team to identify training needs and develop solutions to address them.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- [X] years of experience in call center training.
- Strong knowledge of call center operations and best practices.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively.
