Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Campus Coordinator to join our team in Ras Al Khaimah within the Consumer Goods sector. The Campus Coordinator will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between our organization and local educational institutions, enhancing our recruitment strategies and promoting our brand among students. This position requires an individual who is passionate about fostering relationships and has a strong understanding of the consumer goods industry.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Relationship Management:
- Establish and maintain relationships with universities, colleges, and other educational institutions in Ras Al Khaimah.
- Act as the primary point of contact for campus representatives, faculty, and student organizations.
- Collaborate with academic institutions to create partnerships that benefit both parties.

2. Recruitment Activities:
- Plan and execute campus recruitment events, including career fairs, workshops, and information sessions.
- Conduct presentations and workshops to promote career opportunities within the organization.
- Coordinate on-campus interviews and facilitate the recruitment process for interns and full-time positions.

3. Brand Promotion:
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to enhance the company’s visibility on campus.
- Create promotional materials and digital content to be used in campus outreach efforts.
- Utilize social media and other online platforms to engage with students and promote the company’s brand.

4. Student Engagement:
- Organize networking events, guest lectures, and mentorship programs to engage students and create a talent pipeline.
- Gather feedback from students regarding their perceptions of the organization and the consumer goods industry.
- Identify and nurture top talent through engagement initiatives and follow-up communication.

5. Reporting and Analysis:
- Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics and student engagement data to assess the effectiveness of campus initiatives.
- Provide regular updates and reports to the management team regarding campus activities and outcomes.
- Adjust strategies based on feedback and performance data to enhance future campus recruitment efforts.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Marketing, or a related field.
- A minimum of 2-5 years of experience in campus recruitment, talent acquisition, or related roles, preferably within the consumer goods industry.
- Strong understanding of the local educational landscape and student demographics in Ras Al Khaimah.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence diverse audiences.
- Proficient in digital marketing and social media platforms to effectively reach and engage students.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- A proactive and enthusiastic approach to building relationships and promoting the organization.
