We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Campus Recruiter to join our team in Abu Dhabi, UAE. As a Campus Recruiter, you will be responsible for developing and executing recruitment strategies to attract top talent from universities and colleges in the region, with a focus on the telecommunications industry.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with universities and colleges to promote our organization as an employer of choice
- Plan and attend career fairs, networking events, and information sessions to engage with students and promote our job opportunities
- Coordinate and conduct on-campus interviews and assessment centers to evaluate potential candidates
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies
- Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing and screening candidates to extending job offers and onboarding new hires
- Track and analyze recruitment metrics to measure the effectiveness of campus recruitment initiatives and make data-driven decisions

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- [Random number] years of experience in campus recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably in the telecommunications industry
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
