We are seeking a talented and energetic Campus Recruiter to join our team in Abu Dhabi within the Real Estate industry. The Campus Recruiter will be responsible for attracting, sourcing, and selecting top talent from universities and colleges to meet our organization's hiring needs.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement campus recruiting strategies to attract top talent from universities and colleges in Abu Dhabi and the surrounding areas
- Build relationships with academic institutions, student organizations, and career centers to promote our organization as an employer of choice
- Plan and execute on-campus events, career fairs, and information sessions to engage with students and promote our internship and full-time opportunities
- Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and evaluate candidates to determine their fit for various roles within our organization
- Coordinate with hiring managers to schedule interviews, collect feedback, and make hiring decisions in a timely manner
- Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- [Random number] years of experience in campus recruiting or talent acquisition within the Real Estate industry
- Strong knowledge of campus recruiting best practices and trends
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and university stakeholders
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and applicant tracking systems
