Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Campus Recruiter to join our team in Abu Dhabi, focusing on the Aerospace and Defense sectors. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing campus recruitment strategies to attract top talent from universities and colleges, ensuring a strong pipeline of candidates for our organization. This role requires a deep understanding of the aerospace and defense industries, effective communication skills, and the ability to build relationships with students and academic institutions.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Recruitment Strategy Development:
- Design and implement effective campus recruitment strategies tailored to meet the needs of the Aerospace and Defense sectors.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and align campus initiatives accordingly.

2. Campus Engagement:
- Establish and maintain relationships with universities, colleges, and technical schools, particularly those with strong aerospace and defense programs.
- Organize and participate in campus career fairs, networking events, and information sessions to promote the company and its career opportunities.

3. Candidate Sourcing:
- Proactively identify and engage high-potential candidates through various channels, including on-campus interviews, workshops, and networking events.
- Utilize social media and online platforms to enhance outreach to potential candidates.

4. Selection Process:
- Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidates’ skills, experiences, and cultural fit within the organization.
- Collaborate with the HR team to ensure a smooth transition from campus recruitment to onboarding.

5. Brand Promotion:
- Develop and maintain a positive employer brand by showcasing the company’s culture, values, and career development opportunities to students.
- Create engaging content for social media and recruitment marketing materials to attract candidates.

6. Data Management and Reporting:
- Track and analyze recruitment metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of campus recruitment initiatives and make data-driven recommendations for improvements.
- Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and recruitment processes in the applicant tracking system.

7. Collaboration and Teamwork:
- Work closely with the HR and Talent Acquisition teams to align campus recruitment efforts with overall hiring strategies.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of best practices in recruitment.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in campus recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably within the Aerospace and Defense industries.
- Strong understanding of the skills and competencies required for roles in aerospace and defense.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to connect with students and academic professionals.
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple recruitment initiatives simultaneously.
- Familiarity with recruitment software and applicant tracking systems.
- Proficiency in both English and Arabic is preferred but not mandatory.
