We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Care Assistant to join our team in Abu Dhabi, with a focus on agriculture. The Care Assistant will be responsible for providing daily care and support to plants and crops, ensuring their health and well-being.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Monitoring and maintaining the overall health and condition of plants and crops.
2. Watering, fertilizing, and pruning plants as needed.
3. Identifying and addressing any pest or disease issues.
4. Ensuring proper soil conditions and nutrient levels.
5. Assisting in the planting and harvesting of crops.
6. Maintaining cleanliness and organization in the agricultural area.
7. Following safety protocols and guidelines at all times.
8. Collaborating with the agricultural team to achieve production goals.
9. Providing assistance with any other tasks as needed.

Requirements:
1. Previous experience working in agriculture or a related field.
2. Knowledge of plant care and cultivation techniques.
3. Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
4. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
5. Physical stamina and ability to work in outdoor conditions.
6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
7. Flexibility to work varied hours as needed.
8. Valid driver's license preferred.
