We are currently seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Assistant to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The Care Assistant will be responsible for providing support and assistance to individuals in a manufacturing setting who require help with daily tasks and activities.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist individuals with personal care tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Help individuals with mobility issues to move around the manufacturing facility
- Provide companionship and emotional support to individuals
- Assist with meal preparation and feeding
- Monitor individuals for any changes in health or behavior and report to the appropriate supervisor
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for individuals
- Follow care plans and instructions provided by healthcare professionals

Requirements:
- Previous experience working as a Care Assistant or in a similar role
- Knowledge of basic caregiving techniques and principles
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well in a team and independently
- High level of patience and empathy
- Flexibility to work various shifts and schedules
- Minimum of 2-8 years of experience in a caregiving role
