We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented individual to join our healthcare team in Sharjah as a Case Assistant. The Case Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative support to our healthcare professionals and assisting in the coordination of patient care.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist healthcare professionals in managing and organizing patient cases
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
- Coordinate appointments and follow-ups for patients
- Communicate with patients and their families to provide information and support
- Assist in the preparation of reports and documentation for case reviews
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care
- Provide general administrative support as needed

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration or related field
- At least 2 years of experience in a healthcare setting
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of medical terminology and healthcare processes
