We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Casino Operations Manager to oversee all aspects of casino operations in our aerospace and defense company based in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in casino management and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic plans to optimize casino operations and maximize profitability
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the casino, including gaming floor, food and beverage services, security, and customer service
- Manage and lead a team of casino staff, including dealers, supervisors, and support staff
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, vendors, and regulatory authorities
- Stay current on industry trends and best practices to ensure the casino remains competitive in the market

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in casino management
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Proven track record of successfully managing casino operations and driving business growth
- Knowledge of casino regulations and compliance requirements
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
