We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Casino Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our casino in Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of the casino, including gaming activities, staff management, customer service, and compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to ensure smooth and efficient casino operations
- Manage and coordinate all gaming activities, including table games, slot machines, and sports betting
- Supervise and train casino staff to ensure high levels of customer service and adherence to company standards
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of staff, providing feedback and implementing corrective actions as necessary
- Ensure compliance with all relevant gaming regulations and laws, including those related to responsible gambling
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers
- Manage the budget for casino operations, including monitoring expenses and revenue generation
- Collaborate with other departments, such as finance and security, to ensure the overall success of the casino
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to maintain a competitive edge in the market

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in casino operations, with at least 2 years in a managerial role
- Strong knowledge of gaming regulations and compliance requirements
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and casino management software
