Location: Dubai

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cell Tower Technician to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Information Technology and a proven track record of success in maintaining and troubleshooting cell tower equipment.

Responsibilities:
- Install, maintain, and troubleshoot cell tower equipment, including antennas, radios, and cabling
- Perform regular inspections and maintenance on cell tower sites to ensure optimal performance
- Coordinate with network engineers and other technicians to resolve technical issues and outages in a timely manner
- Conduct site surveys and assessments to identify potential equipment upgrades or replacements
- Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines while working on cell tower sites
- Keep detailed records of all work performed and equipment maintained

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Cell Tower Technician or similar role
- Strong technical skills in IT and telecommunications
- Knowledge of cell tower equipment and industry best practices
- Ability to work at heights and in various weather conditions
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
