Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Cement Finisher to join our dynamic team in the telecommunications sector in Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for finishing cement surfaces, ensuring high-quality workmanship that meets project specifications and industry standards. This position requires attention to detail, a strong work ethic, and the ability to collaborate effectively with other team members.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare and finish concrete surfaces for telecommunications installations, including foundations for towers, equipment pads, and other related structures.
- Mix, pour, and spread concrete according to specifications, ensuring consistency in texture and appearance.
- Use various tools and equipment such as trowels, floats, and screeds to achieve optimal surface finish and quality.
- Perform surface preparation tasks, including leveling, smoothing, and finishing of concrete surfaces to ensure durability and longevity.
- Inspect completed work for quality assurance, ensuring compliance with safety standards and project specifications.
- Assist in the planning and layout of concrete work, collaborating with project managers and engineers to understand project requirements.
- Maintain equipment and tools in good working condition, performing minor repairs as needed.
- Follow safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe work environment for yourself and your colleagues.
- Document work progress and report any issues or concerns to supervisors promptly.

Qualifications:

- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Cement Finisher or in a similar role, preferably within the telecommunications or construction industry.
- Proficient in mixing, pouring, and finishing concrete.
- Strong knowledge of concrete properties and finishing techniques.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Strong physical stamina and ability to work in various weather conditions.
- Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment.
- Familiarity with safety regulations and best practices in construction and concrete work.
