We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Channel Sales Manager to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail sales and a proven track record of driving channel sales growth.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales targets through retail channels
- Build and maintain strong relationships with retail partners to drive sales and increase market share
- Identify new business opportunities and work with partners to expand product distribution
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop sales strategies and promotional campaigns
- Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management
- Train and support retail partners to ensure they have the necessary tools and knowledge to effectively sell our products

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field

- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with retail partners
