We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief Accounting Officer (CAO) to join our team in Dubai, UAE. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and finance, with extensive experience in the consumer goods industry.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee all financial and accounting operations of the company
- Develop and implement financial policies and procedures
- Manage the preparation of financial statements and reports
- Ensure compliance with local and international financial regulations
- Monitor cash flow, budgets, and financial performance
- Lead the accounting team and provide guidance and support
- Collaborate with other departments to drive financial growth and profitability
- Prepare and present financial reports to senior management and stakeholders
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in accounting and finance

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- CPA or ACCA certification preferred
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in accounting and finance
- Proven track record of success in a senior financial role
- Strong knowledge of financial principles and practices
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
