We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Chief Communications Officer (CCO) to join our dynamic team in Dubai. As the CCO, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive communication strategies to enhance the organization's reputation and effectively communicate its key messages to both internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a strategic communications plan that aligns with the organization's goals and objectives
- Manage all internal and external communications, including media relations, public relations, social media, and corporate branding
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key media outlets, journalists, and industry influencers
- Oversee the creation of press releases, speeches, presentations, and other communication materials
- Monitor and analyze media coverage to assess the effectiveness of communication strategies
- Provide strategic counsel to senior leadership on communication issues and crisis management
- Lead a team of communication professionals to execute communication initiatives and campaigns
- Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and investor relations, to ensure consistency in messaging and branding

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or related field
