We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Chief Data Officer (CDO) to join our pharmaceutical company based in Dubai. As the CDO, you will be responsible for leading our data management and analytics strategy to drive business growth and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive data strategy to support business objectives and drive innovation.
- Oversee data governance, data quality, data security, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Lead a team of data scientists, analysts, and engineers to develop and implement data-driven solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and drive data-driven decision-making.
- Manage relationships with external data vendors and partners to leverage external data sources for insights and analytics.
- Stay current on industry trends, technologies, and best practices in data management and analytics.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field; Master's degree preferred.

- Strong understanding of data governance, data quality, and data security best practices.
- Experience with data visualization tools, statistical analysis, and machine learning algorithms.
