Job Description:

We are seeking a highly experienced and innovative Chief Data Officer (CDO) to join our agriculture company based in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of data management within the organization, including data collection, analysis, interpretation, and implementation of data-driven strategies to drive business growth and decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement data strategies and policies to ensure efficient and effective data management across all departments.
- Lead the development and implementation of data governance frameworks and practices to ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with other senior executives to identify business opportunities and challenges that can be addressed through data analytics and insights.
- Manage a team of data analysts and data scientists to support data-driven decision-making and drive business growth.
- Develop and implement data-driven solutions to optimize operational processes, improve product development, and enhance customer experiences.
- Stay abreast of emerging technologies and trends in data analytics, artificial intelligence, and machine learning to drive innovation within the organization.
- Build and maintain relationships with external partners, vendors, and industry experts to leverage data and analytics expertise.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, data science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in data management, analytics, or a related field, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Strong understanding of data governance, data quality, and data security best practices.
- Experience with data visualization tools, statistical analysis software, and database management systems.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Proven track record of driving business growth and innovation through data-driven strategies and initiatives.
