We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Chief Data Officer (CDO) to join our team in Dubai within the education sector. The CDO will be responsible for overseeing the organization's data strategy, ensuring data quality and security, and driving data-driven decision making across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive data strategy that aligns with the organization's goals and objectives
- Lead a team of data analysts and data scientists to collect, analyze, and interpret data to drive business insights
- Ensure data quality and security by implementing best practices and data governance policies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for leveraging data to improve operational efficiency and student outcomes
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation in data analytics and reporting
- Communicate data insights and recommendations to senior leadership to support strategic decision making

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field
- [X] years of experience in a data-related role, with at least [X] years in a leadership position
- Strong knowledge of data management, data governance, and data visualization tools
- Experience working in the education sector is preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and senior leadership
