Job Description:

We are seeking a highly experienced and visionary Chief Data Officer (CDO) to join our dynamic team in Dubai within the Consumer Goods industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the organization's data strategy, governance, and management to drive business growth and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive data strategy aligned with the company's goals and objectives.
- Lead the data governance framework to ensure data quality, security, and compliance with regulations.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to identify business opportunities and challenges that can be addressed through data analytics.
- Drive the development of data-driven solutions and insights to optimize business processes and improve decision-making.
- Manage the data architecture, infrastructure, and technologies to support data integration and analysis.
- Build and lead a high-performing data team, providing mentorship and guidance to drive a culture of data-driven decision-making.
- Stay current on industry trends and best practices in data management and analytics to continually enhance the organization's data capabilities.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- [X] years of experience in a data-related role, with at least [Y] years in a leadership capacity.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful data strategies in a consumer goods or related industry.
- Strong knowledge of data governance, data architecture, and data analytics tools and technologies.
