Job Description:
We are seeking a talented and experienced Chief Development Officer (CDO) to lead our agriculture development initiatives in Dubai. The CDO will be responsible for overseeing the planning, implementation, and monitoring of all development projects within the agriculture sector.

Key responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic plans to drive growth and increase revenue within the agriculture sector.
- Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and collaborations to expand our presence in the market.
- Lead the development and execution of innovative agricultural projects to enhance productivity and sustainability.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including government entities, investors, and industry partners.
- Monitor market trends and industry developments to stay ahead of the competition.
- Manage a team of development professionals to ensure project goals are met on time and within budget.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Business, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in agriculture development, project management, or related roles.
- Proven track record of successfully leading and executing development projects in the agriculture sector.
- Strong business acumen and strategic thinking skills.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
- Knowledge of the local agriculture market in Dubai and the Middle East region is a plus.
