We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic individual to join our team as the Chief Development Officer (CDO) based in Dubai, UAE. The ideal candidate will have a background in the pharmaceutical industry, with a strong track record of leading successful development strategies and driving growth within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic plans for the organization's development initiatives in alignment with company goals and objectives.
- Lead the development team to identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and collaborations to drive growth and expand market presence.
- Oversee the planning and execution of clinical trials, regulatory submissions, and product launches to ensure successful commercialization of pharmaceutical products.
- Provide leadership and guidance to cross-functional teams to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including regulatory agencies, healthcare providers, and industry partners.
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to inform decision-making and drive innovation within the organization.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in pharmaceutical development, with a proven track record of success in a leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of drug development processes, regulatory requirements, and market dynamics.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lead and inspire cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
