We are seeking a highly experienced and visionary Chief Digital Officer (CDO) to join our team in Dubai. As the CDO, you will be responsible for leading the digital transformation of our manufacturing company, driving innovation, and implementing digital strategies to enhance our operations and customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive digital strategy to drive business growth and efficiency.
- Lead the digital transformation of the company, leveraging technology to optimize manufacturing processes and improve productivity.
- Identify and implement digital tools and platforms to enhance customer engagement and experience.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate digital solutions into all aspects of the business.
- Drive innovation by researching and implementing emerging technologies in the manufacturing industry.
- Analyze data and metrics to track the progress of digital initiatives and make data-driven decisions.
- Ensure compliance with data security and privacy regulations in all digital initiatives.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior digital leadership role within the manufacturing industry.
- Proven track record of leading successful digital transformation projects.
- Strong understanding of digital technologies, trends, and best practices.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and build strong relationships.
- Experience working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
