We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) to join our telecommunications company based in Dubai. As the CHRO, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the human resources function, including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, training and development, compensation and benefits, and HR strategy development.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
- Lead the talent acquisition process, including sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent for the organization
- Oversee employee relations and ensure a positive and productive work environment
- Implement performance management processes to drive employee engagement and development
- Develop and manage compensation and benefits programs that attract and retain top talent
- Lead training and development initiatives to enhance employee skills and capabilities
- Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures in compliance with local labor laws
- Partner with senior leadership to drive organizational culture and employee engagement initiatives
- Provide leadership and guidance to the HR team, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field; Master's degree preferred
- [Random number] years of experience in HR leadership roles, preferably in the telecommunications industry
- Strong understanding of local labor laws and regulations in Dubai
- Proven track record of developing and implementing HR strategies that drive business results
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong leadership and strategic planning abilities
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Professional certification such as SHRM-SCP or SPHR is a plus
