We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief Information Operations Security Officer to join our team in Dubai, UAE. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in information security, risk management, and operations within the financial services industry.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive information security policies and procedures to protect the organization's assets and data
- Lead the information security team in identifying and mitigating security risks and vulnerabilities
- Monitor and analyze security incidents and breaches, and take appropriate action to address them
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards related to information security
- Collaborate with other departments to integrate security best practices into business processes and systems
- Conduct regular security audits and assessments to ensure the effectiveness of security measures
- Stay up to date on the latest trends and developments in information security and recommend improvements to existing security infrastructure
- Manage relationships with external vendors and partners to ensure the security of third-party systems and services

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- CISSP, CISM, or other relevant certifications preferred
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in information security, risk management, or related field
- Experience in financial services industry preferred
- Strong knowledge of security technologies, tools, and best practices
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple priorities
