Job Description:
We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Chief Operations Program Manager to oversee and manage all aspects of our transportation and logistics operations in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic programs to optimize efficiency, reduce costs, and improve overall performance.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement operational strategies to ensure the smooth running of transportation and logistics operations
- Manage and oversee all aspects of the transportation and logistics program, including fleet management, route planning, and warehouse operations
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes, improve workflow, and enhance overall operational performance
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and industry standards
- Manage and oversee a team of operations managers and supervisors to ensure operational excellence and adherence to company policies and procedures
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and government authorities

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in transportation and logistics operations, with at least 3 years in a managerial or leadership role
- Proven track record of successfully managing and optimizing transportation and logistics operations
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software applications
