We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief Operations Program Manager to oversee and manage the operational aspects of our pharmaceutical company based in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in program management, operations, and leadership within the pharmaceutical industry.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement operational strategies to optimize efficiency and productivity within the organization
- Lead and manage a team of program managers and operational staff to ensure smooth operations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive strategic initiatives and achieve business objectives
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and quality standards to maintain a high level of operational excellence
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, customers, and regulatory agencies
- Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on the status of operational programs and initiatives

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field
- Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in program management and operations within the pharmaceutical industry
- Proven track record of successfully leading and managing operational teams
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment
- Proficiency in project management tools and software
