We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to lead our telecommunications company based in Dubai. The CTO will be responsible for overseeing all technical aspects of the organization, including the development and implementation of technology strategies to meet the company's goals.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement technology strategies that align with the company's business goals.
2. Lead the research and development of new technologies to enhance the company's telecommunications services.
3. Collaborate with the executive team to define and prioritize technology initiatives.
4. Manage the technology budget and ensure resources are allocated effectively.
5. Oversee the IT infrastructure and ensure it is secure and scalable.
6. Lead a team of technology professionals and provide mentorship and guidance.
7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and advancements in technology to ensure the company remains competitive.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Master's degree is preferred.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in a technology leadership role within the telecommunications industry.
- Strong knowledge of telecommunications systems, networks, and protocols.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing technology strategies that drive business growth.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
