Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Childcare Assistant to join our team in Al Ain. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing a safe and nurturing environment for children while their parents are at work. This position requires a compassionate individual who is passionate about working with children and helping them develop essential skills.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and monitor children in a safe and caring manner
- Plan and organize age-appropriate activities and playtime
- Assist with feeding, diaper changing, and potty training
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's progress
- Maintain a clean and organized childcare area
- Follow all safety protocols and procedures at all times

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience working with children
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- CPR and First Aid certification is a plus
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays
