We are currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Childcare Assistant to join our team in Al Ain. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing care and supervision to children in an agricultural setting. This position offers a unique opportunity to work with children while being surrounded by nature and animals.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and engage with children in a safe and nurturing environment
- Assist in planning and implementing age-appropriate activities and educational programs
- Ensure the well-being and happiness of all children in your care
- Maintain a clean and organized childcare area
- Communicate effectively with parents and colleagues
- Assist in the daily operations of the childcare facility

Requirements:
- Previous experience working with children in a childcare setting
- Knowledge of child development and early childhood education
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
- Passion for working with children and a love for nature and agriculture

Preferred Qualifications:
- Certification in Early Childhood Education or a related field
- First Aid and CPR certification
- Experience working in an agricultural setting
