We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Civil Litigation Lawyer Assistant to join our team in Dubai. As a key member of the legal team specializing in transportation and logistics, you will provide essential support to our lawyers in managing civil litigation cases.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist lawyers in preparing and filing legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs
- Conduct legal research and analysis on transportation and logistics laws and regulations
- Assist in preparing for court hearings, trials, and arbitrations
- Manage case files and maintain organized records of all legal documents
- Coordinate with clients, witnesses, and experts to gather necessary information for cases
- Draft correspondence and communicate with opposing counsel as needed
- Attend client meetings and help prepare clients for legal proceedings
- Assist with settlement negotiations and mediation efforts
- Stay up-to-date on changes in transportation and logistics laws and regulations

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Law or related field

- Strong knowledge of transportation and logistics laws and regulations
