Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Civil Litigation Lawyer Assistant to join our dynamic legal team focusing on pharmaceutical litigation. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil litigation, excellent organizational skills, and a passion for the pharmaceutical industry. This position offers an opportunity to work closely with experienced attorneys on complex cases and contribute to the success of our firm.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist attorneys in preparing for civil litigation cases related to the pharmaceutical industry, including research, documentation, and case strategy development.
- Conduct comprehensive legal research on case law, statutes, regulations, and legal articles relevant to pharmaceutical litigation.
- Draft and edit legal documents, including pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and responses, ensuring accuracy and adherence to legal standards.
- Organize and maintain case files, evidence, and discovery materials, ensuring all documents are up-to-date and readily accessible.
- Coordinate with clients, witnesses, and experts to gather information and prepare for depositions, hearings, and trials.
- Attend court proceedings and assist attorneys with case management during trials, including taking notes, preparing trial exhibits, and managing evidence.
- Monitor case progress and deadlines, ensuring timely filings and compliance with court procedures.
- Communicate effectively with attorneys, clients, and external parties, providing updates and soliciting information as necessary.
- Stay informed about developments in civil litigation and pharmaceutical law, contributing to the firm’s knowledge base and best practices.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Law or a related field; paralegal certification is a plus.
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience as a litigation assistant or paralegal, preferably within the pharmaceutical industry.
- Strong understanding of civil litigation processes and relevant laws, with an emphasis on pharmaceutical regulations and compliance.
- Excellent research, writing, and communication skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Proficient in legal research tools and software, as well as Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Knowledge of Arabic is a plus but not required.
