We are seeking a skilled and experienced Claims Examiner to join our team in Dubai, specializing in the construction industry. The Claims Examiner will be responsible for reviewing and processing claims related to construction projects, ensuring accuracy and compliance with contractual agreements.

Key Responsibilities:
- Review and analyze construction claims submitted by contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers
- Verify the validity of claims by conducting thorough investigations and gathering supporting documentation
- Evaluate the impact of construction delays, disruptions, and changes on project schedules and budgets
- Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and legal teams to resolve disputes and negotiate settlements
- Prepare detailed reports and documentation to support claim decisions
- Monitor and track the progress of claims through the resolution process
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of all claim activities
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, regulations, and best practices related to claims management in the construction sector

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field
- At least 3-5 years of experience in claims management within the construction industry
- Strong knowledge of construction contracts, project management, and dispute resolution processes
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and claims management software
- Professional certification in claims management or construction law is a plus
