We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Claims Examiner to join our Retail team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in processing and analyzing insurance claims within the retail industry.

Key Responsibilities:
- Review and process insurance claims for retail products, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and procedures
- Investigate and evaluate the validity of claims, including gathering necessary documentation and communicating with customers and vendors
- Collaborate with internal teams, such as sales and customer service, to gather relevant information and support the claims process
- Identify and escalate any potential fraud or suspicious activities related to claims
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of claims processing, including documentation of decisions and outcomes
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and concerns related to claims in a timely and professional manner

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in insurance claims processing, preferably within the retail industry
- Knowledge of insurance regulations and best practices
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel
