We are seeking a skilled and experienced Claims Processing Operations Manager to join our team in Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the claims processing operations within our financial services company. This role requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to effectively manage a team to ensure timely and accurate processing of claims.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee the claims processing operations, ensuring timely and accurate processing of all claims
- Develop and implement processes and procedures to streamline operations and improve efficiency
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the productivity and accuracy of the claims processing team
- Train, mentor, and coach team members to ensure high levels of performance and productivity
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex claims issues and improve overall customer satisfaction
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and regulatory changes that may impact claims processing operations
- Prepare and present reports on claims processing performance to senior management
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
