We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Director to join our healthcare team in Dubai. As the Clinical Director, you will be responsible for overseeing all clinical operations and ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement clinical policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and best practices
- Provide leadership and guidance to clinical staff, including physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals
- Monitor and evaluate the quality of patient care and make recommendations for improvement
- Collaborate with other departments to coordinate patient care and ensure a seamless healthcare experience
- Manage budget and resources to optimize clinical operations and achieve financial targets
- Participate in strategic planning and decision-making to drive the growth and success of the healthcare organization

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred
- Valid healthcare license or certification in Dubai
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a clinical leadership role
- Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations and standards in Dubai
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic healthcare environment
