We are seeking a highly experienced and dedicated Clinical Director to join our retail team in Dubai. As the Clinical Director, you will be responsible for overseeing all clinical operations within the retail setting, ensuring the highest level of patient care and customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement clinical protocols and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and best practices.
- Lead and manage a team of clinicians, including physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals.
- Provide clinical oversight and guidance on patient care, treatment plans, and medication management.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of clinical services within the retail environment.
- Monitor and analyze clinical performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance patient outcomes.
- Develop and implement training programs for clinical staff to ensure ongoing professional development and adherence to best practices.
- Serve as a liaison between clinical staff, retail management, and external stakeholders, fostering a collaborative and patient-centered care environment.
- Stay current on industry trends, research, and advancements in clinical practice to drive innovation and excellence in patient care.

Requirements:
- Doctoral degree in Medicine or related field.
- Valid license to practice as a physician in Dubai.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in clinical practice, with at least 3 years in a leadership or managerial role.
- Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations and standards in Dubai.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced retail environment.
