We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Clinical Psychologist Assistant to join our team in Dubai within the Aerospace and Defense sector. The successful candidate will work closely with our clinical psychologist to provide assessments, evaluations, and therapeutic interventions to support the mental health and well-being of our employees.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting initial assessments and screenings to identify mental health concerns
- Assisting in the development of treatment plans and interventions
- Providing individual and group therapy sessions
- Monitoring and tracking progress of clients throughout the treatment process
- Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure holistic care for clients
- Maintaining accurate and detailed clinical records
- Providing education and support to clients and their families

Requirements:
- Master's degree in Clinical Psychology or related field
- Licensed or registered as a Clinical Psychologist Assistant
- Strong knowledge of psychological assessment tools and therapeutic techniques
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Prior experience in a clinical setting is preferred

Required Years of Experience: 2-5 years
