We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Clinical Psychologist Assistant to join our team in Dubai, UAE. The ideal candidate will have a background in psychology and a passion for helping individuals navigate mental health challenges in the transportation and logistics industry.

Responsibilities:
- Assist the Clinical Psychologist in conducting assessments and developing treatment plans for employees in the transportation and logistics sector.
- Provide counseling and emotional support to employees dealing with stress, anxiety, depression, and other mental health issues.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure holistic care for patients.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation.
- Assist in implementing mental health awareness and education programs for employees.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology or related field.
- Previous experience working in a clinical setting preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
- Knowledge of mental health conditions and treatment options.
- Flexibility and willingness to work in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Psychology or related field.
- Experience working with individuals in the transportation and logistics industry.
- Certification or licensure as a Mental Health Counselor or Psychologist Assistant.
