We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Psychologist to join our team in Dubai within the financial services industry. As a Clinical Psychologist, you will be responsible for providing psychological assessment, diagnosis, and treatment to our employees dealing with mental health issues and stress-related concerns.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting psychological assessments to identify mental health disorders and develop personalized treatment plans.
- Providing individual and group therapy sessions to employees experiencing anxiety, depression, and other mental health issues.
- Collaborating with other healthcare professionals, such as psychiatrists and social workers, to provide comprehensive care to patients.
- Developing and implementing mental health awareness programs and workshops for employees.
- Providing crisis intervention and support to employees in times of distress.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation.
- Adhering to ethical and legal standards in the practice of psychology.

Requirements:
- Doctorate or Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology from an accredited institution.
- Valid license to practice as a Clinical Psychologist in Dubai.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in clinical psychology, preferably in a corporate or financial services setting.
- Strong knowledge of psychological assessment tools and therapeutic techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Fluency in English; Arabic language skills would be an advantage.
