We are seeking a Clinical Psychologist to join our team in Dubai, specializing in the field of Information Technology. As a Clinical Psychologist, you will be responsible for providing mental health assessments, diagnoses, and treatments for individuals working in the fast-paced and high-stress environment of the IT industry.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting psychological assessments to evaluate mental health conditions and develop treatment plans
- Providing individual and group therapy sessions to address issues such as stress, anxiety, depression, and burnout
- Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure holistic care for clients
- Developing and implementing mental health programs and workshops to promote employee well-being
- Providing crisis intervention and support for individuals experiencing mental health emergencies
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date clinical records and documentation
- Staying current on the latest research and developments in the field of clinical psychology

Requirements:
- Doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology from an accredited institution
- Licensed or eligible for licensure as a Clinical Psychologist in Dubai
- Minimum of 3-8 years of experience working as a Clinical Psychologist, preferably in a corporate or IT setting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a multicultural and diverse environment
- Proficiency in Arabic and/or other languages spoken in the UAE is a plus
