We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Clinical Research Coordinator Assistant in the field of Agriculture. The successful candidate will work closely with the Clinical Research Coordinator to support the planning, coordination, and implementation of clinical research studies within the agricultural sector.

Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development and maintenance of study protocols, case report forms, and other study-related documents
- Coordinate study logistics, including scheduling participant visits and ensuring timely data collection
- Assist in the recruitment, screening, and enrollment of study participants
- Collect and manage study data, ensuring accuracy and completeness
- Assist in the preparation and submission of regulatory documents to relevant authorities
- Coordinate with study investigators, sponsors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth study operations
- Participate in study meetings and assist in the preparation of study reports and publications
- Perform other administrative tasks as needed to support the smooth running of clinical research studies

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g. agriculture, biology, life sciences)
- Previous experience in clinical research coordination or related field preferred (up to 8 years)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements for clinical research studies in the UAE is a plus
