We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Clinical Research Coordinator Assistant based in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a background in Information Technology and a passion for clinical research.

Responsibilities:
- Assist the Clinical Research Coordinator in managing and coordinating clinical research projects
- Coordinate with healthcare professionals, study participants, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of research protocols
- Maintain and update study documentation, including informed consent forms, case report forms, and regulatory submissions
- Assist in data collection and analysis, including the use of electronic data capture systems
- Ensure compliance with Good Clinical Practice (GCP) guidelines and other regulatory requirements
- Assist in the preparation of study reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders
- Participate in study meetings, conference calls, and site visits as needed

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field
- Prior experience in clinical research coordination is preferred but not required (0-8 years)
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and electronic data capture systems
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Knowledge of Good Clinical Practice (GCP) guidelines and regulatory requirements is a plus
