We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Clinical Research Coordinator Assistant in the healthcare industry. The ideal candidate will assist the Clinical Research Coordinator in conducting and managing clinical research trials.

Responsibilities:
- Assist in the coordination and management of clinical research trials, including patient recruitment, data collection, and regulatory compliance.
- Maintain accurate and organized study documentation, including study protocols, informed consent forms, and case report forms.
- Communicate with study participants, healthcare providers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth and efficient trial operations.
- Assist in the preparation and submission of regulatory documents to obtain approval from ethics committees and regulatory authorities.
- Monitor study progress and ensure compliance with study protocols and regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate study-related meetings, trainings, and site visits as needed.
- Assist in data analysis and interpretation, and contribute to the preparation of study reports and publications.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a healthcare-related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in clinical research or a related field.
- Knowledge of Good Clinical Practice (GCP) guidelines and regulatory requirements for clinical research.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and electronic data capture systems.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
