Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Clinical Research Coordinator Assistant to join our dynamic team in the Aerospace and Defense sector. This role is pivotal in supporting the execution of clinical research studies, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and contributing to advancements in medical research related to aerospace and defense applications.

Key Responsibilities:

- Study Coordination: Assist the Clinical Research Coordinator in the planning, implementation, and monitoring of clinical research studies. Ensure that studies are conducted in accordance with protocol, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and regulatory requirements.

- Participant Management: Help in the recruitment, screening, and enrollment of study participants. Maintain communication with participants, providing them with necessary information about the study and addressing any concerns or queries.

- Data Collection & Management: Assist in the collection, entry, and maintenance of study data. Ensure accuracy and integrity of data, and contribute to the preparation of reports and documentation for regulatory submissions and audits.

- Regulatory Compliance: Support the preparation of regulatory documents, including Institutional Review Board (IRB) submissions, informed consent forms, and other necessary documentation. Ensure compliance with local, national, and international regulations governing clinical research.

- Site Visits & Monitoring: Participate in site visits and monitoring activities, assisting in the identification of issues and ensuring resolution in a timely manner. Help maintain study files and documentation for audits and inspections.

- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including investigators, sponsors, and other stakeholders to facilitate effective communication and coordination of study activities.

- Training & Development: Stay informed about industry trends and advancements in clinical research. Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance knowledge and skills relevant to the role.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Health Sciences, or a related field.
- A minimum of 1-3 years of experience in clinical research or a related position.
- Familiarity with Good Clinical Practice (GCP) and other regulatory guidelines.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in Arabic is a plus.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with clinical trial management systems (CTMS) is preferred.
