We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Construction Coach to join our team in Dubai. The Construction Coach will be responsible for providing guidance, support, and mentorship to construction teams to ensure successful project completion.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide coaching and training to construction teams on best practices and industry standards
- Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of construction team members
- Evaluate team performance and provide constructive feedback to help team members achieve their full potential
- Collaborate with project managers and supervisors to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies for success
- Monitor and track progress of construction projects to ensure they are completed on time and within budget
- Conduct regular site visits to observe work practices and provide hands-on coaching to team members
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and developments to ensure coaching techniques are current and effective

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field
- [X] years of experience in the construction industry
- Proven track record of successfully coaching and developing construction teams
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Knowledge of construction safety regulations and best practices
