We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Call Center Supervisor to join our team in Dubai within the Construction industry. The Call Center Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing and managing the day-to-day operations of the call center team, ensuring quality customer service is provided to clients and customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and lead a team of call center agents to ensure high performance and productivity levels
- Monitor and evaluate agent performance through call monitoring, coaching, and feedback
- Develop and implement training programs for new and existing staff members
- Handle escalated customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner
- Create and maintain call center policies and procedures
- Generate reports on call center metrics and performance to management
- Collaborate with other departments to improve overall customer satisfaction and service levels
- Stay up-to-date on industry best practices and trends in call center management
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum of 2-8 years of experience in a call center environment, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong leadership and coaching abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and call center software systems
- Ability to work under pressure and handle challenging situations effectively
- Knowledge of the construction industry is a plus
